Our partner is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to play a key role in the success of their SaaS platform for Large Language Model (LLM) applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable backend systems.
You will contribute to building a cutting-edge platform capable of handling large-scale traffic and high data volumes, enabling clients to deploy AI applications with performance and stability.
Responsibility
- Design and implement key backend features that solve real business challenges
- Build and optimize scalable infrastructure to support thousands of LLM operations per second
- Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, monitored, and tested backend services
- Improve deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues in customer-facing systems
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
Must-have
- Completed a university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development (Python)
- Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Confident use of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote environment
Desirable
- Experience with infrastructure tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Terraform

Knowledge of observability and debugging in production environments
- Experience working with product and design teams
- Experience in mentoring or team leadership
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (preferably in Python)
- Strong skills in API design and cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with observability, testing, and debugging production services
- Knowledge of tools like dbt, Airflow, Terraform, etc. is a plus
- Passion for clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Fluent English skills
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously
